We would like to thank Hafiz and Lakshmanan for allowing us to take a closer look of the kitchen scene which we seldom see daily. These are some of the colourful ingredients used for making the delicious and authentic Indian Cuisine.

And here we have the spices used. We do not know the name of each and every spice but we know the combination of them makes great dishes.

It’s pretty cool that they let you go in the kitchen to take pics.
The shot of the kebabs in the tandoor is awesome. I wish I had a tandoor.
What kind of charcoal are they using?
