If you are an avid follower of PenangTuapui, you would have known Huat Koay as the webmasters and photographer behind all these blogs. But believe it or not, he can actually cook too. Perhaps that is one of his advantage as he grew up in a family with F&B background. With that, this officially makes him the most fussy food hunters among us all.
We came to realized that all these while we have been wasting Huat Koay’s given talent. After a long debate (and some nagging) among the Tuapuis, Huat Koay finally he surrendered. And here you go…Introducing Huat Koay’s Little Corner, a place where he will share his experiences along with tips and trick in cooking.
To Huat Koay surprise, he actually took several weeks to figure out a theme and what-would-be-the-recipes for his little corner; before he finally decided on something simple and easy for a start.
Chinese New Year is around the corner, instead of having same beverage every year (chrysanthemum tea, soft drink, Shandy…). Huat Koay would like to share one simple and easy made drink :).
